Hi bloggers, today I am making a book review for Magnus Chase and the Sword of Summer.
SPOILER ALERT
Magnus Chase is a Norse Mythology book about A 16 year old boy dieing and then being ressurected.
It starts with a homeless boy, Magnus Chase, sleeping under a bridge when suddenly a friend of his tells him that his uncle and cousin are looking for him.
When they catch him, his uncle casually tells him that his long lost father is a norse god who lost his sword 2000 years ago.
He tells Magnus that the sword may be in a river nearby and that he has the ability to retrieve it.
But once he does a fire monster named Surt appears demanding that magnus gives the swrdo to him.
Magnus ends up refusig and getting killed in the process, Then he wakes up and realizes he's is alive in a place called asgard.
Its so thrilling to read and so enjoying even if you barely have any idea whats happening.
I think it is the best out of the rest of the series, but the other ones are still good.
