Ahhh the great kiwi classic (not Australian despite what they say!). Pavlova's remind me of Christmas time which is my favourite time of the year. Have you made pavlova before? I have never made one. Was it difficult? Have you checked out some of the other Kauri students baking? Which is your favourite? Try hyperlinking the blog post in your comment!

Wow - your pavlova looks delicious Liam! I like the very generous amount of grated chocolate on top - ka pai. Spelling tip: so, I remember how to spell dessert because ... dessert - has two 's' as you always want more than one serving of dessert!
Hi Miss Whysall thanks for commenting on my blog. I like the grated chocolate on top as well, this only took about 30 minutes to make and 1 minute to eat. blog ya later. Liam.
Gosh this looks like a tricky pavlova, is it rolled Liam. Great work. I wonder if your mum has planted some of her bulbs yet? See you at school next week.
